The story
Built for the diaspora corridor.
RushVan was founded in 2026 for one route we understand from the inside: the Romania ↔ Italy diaspora corridor. Every week, professional vans run it in both directions — and most of them carry empty space they’d happily fill. At the same time, families send documents, spare parts, and pieces of home that can’t wait five days for a traditional courier.
We started in Bacău, matching booked parcels to vans already heading out. No depots, no sorting hubs — just the road that was already being driven. We prove each corridor before we expand it, and we grow it driver by driver.
How we’re different
Four decisions that define us.
- Book blind. Shippers never browse or pick a driver. Matching is automatic, which makes it faster and keeps the whole chain anonymous.
- Drivers keep 100% at launch. A flat €1 on small parcels, nothing more. The transport price is theirs.
- Privacy by design. QR-only labels, meeting points instead of home addresses, masked calls, delivery PINs. It’s enforced in the data model, not just the copy.
- Legal by design. A cabotage engine blocks any job that would break EU cabotage rules before a driver can accept it.

Speed is the product
Not a feature. The whole reason to exist is that something urgent moves on a van already going — today, not in five days.
Trust is engineered, not promised
QR labels, meeting points, masked calls, PINs, insurance. Safety is in the schema and the flow, not in a paragraph of terms.
Drivers are customers too
They keep 100% at launch. We help them register a PFA and find an accountant. A driver who earns well stays — and delivers well.
The corridor is home
We started on the Romania ↔ Italy diaspora route because we know it. Bacău first. We earn each new corridor before we claim it.
