• Recruit the first 100 owner-operators on the Romania ↔ Italy corridor.
• Run the Facebook and WhatsApp groups where these drivers already live.
• Own driver onboarding end to end — from first message to first delivery.
• Build and run the VIP program: tiers, perks, and the accountant partnership.
• Be the voice drivers trust, and carry their feedback straight into the product.

What we look for: A natural community builder who speaks Romanian, knows the diaspora world, and genuinely likes drivers. You’ve grown a group or a following before and can do it again.

• Build the matching, routing, and tracking surfaces that make the corridor work.
• Ship the cabotage engine and the privacy guarantees into real, enforced code.

• Set the engineering bar: this is the codebase the next hires inherit.

What we look for: A generalist who ships. Strong with TypeScript and Postgres, comfortable with geospatial data, and happiest owning a problem from schema to UI. Startup-early mindset.
