Size, declared value, a pickup window, and how fast you need it. Sixty seconds, no account gymnastics. You describe the parcel once — never a driver, never a price to haggle over.
We match it, blind
You never browse or pick a van. RushVan pushes the job to drivers already heading your way — first to auto-accept presets, then a 90-second cascade, then the open board in a 30 km corridor around the route. The match comes to you.
QR label + meeting point
Show or print the QR. Small parcels change hands at a public meeting point — a fuel-station parking, never your door. The label carries no name and no address; the code resolves only inside RushVan.
Track across the border
Live GPS while the parcel is moving, and every checkpoint — including the Borș crossing — on one tracking page. GPS runs only during the active delivery, then stops.
SMS PIN delivery
Your receiver confirms with a one-time PIN. Photo proof and the insurance certificate (declared value up to €1,000) stay on the page after delivery completes.
Why blind booking
You never pick a driver.
Most delivery apps let you scroll a list of carriers and choose one. We don’t — and that’s deliberate. When you post a parcel, RushVan matches it automatically to a professional van already driving your corridor. Nobody bids, nobody negotiates, nobody browses for a specific person.
It’s faster. The parcel binds to the next suitable van the moment matching resolves — no waiting for you to compare profiles, no back-and-forth on price. The van that’s already going gets the job.
It’s safer. The chain stays anonymous end to end. Because neither side chooses the other, there’s no way to target a specific shipper or a specific driver — everyone stays inside RushVan’s identity, insurance and dispute protection. The label is a code, the calls are masked, and delivery unlocks only with a PIN.

Privacy by design
No name. No address. Just a code.
- QR-only label. No name and no address printed on the parcel. The code resolves only inside RushVan — and only for you and your receiver.
- Meeting points, not home addresses. Small parcels change hands at a public spot like a fuel-station parking. Home addresses are never stored — the database schema itself forbids it. Heavier items and cars use a real address, revealed only after matching.
- Masked calls. You talk to the driver through in-app chat and a neutral number in the middle. Real phone numbers are never shared, in either direction.
- Delivery PIN. The handover only completes when your receiver enters a one-time SMS PIN — proof it reached the right person, not just the right doorstep.
- €1,000 insurance. Every shipment carries an insurance certificate up to its declared value of €1,000, shown on the tracking page alongside the pickup photo.
If nothing matches
You never get silence.

If no van naturally fits your parcel and window, the job doesn’t just expire. A human dispatcher picks it up, works the corridor by hand, and — when there’s truly no shared van — quotes you a dedicated van up front so you can decide. You always get an answer and a price. Never a dead end, never silence.
